Britannia Parks Assisted Sale Scheme - Terms and Conditions
Subject to our approval, all Estate Agents and energy assessment fees to a maximum of £4,000 plus VAT will be paid on selected new park homes or plots purchased with Britannia Parks through our partners Moving Made Easy Ltd. Within a period of two months of the initial deposit being paid, it is a condition of the Buyer to enter into a binding contract with completion of the said purchase to be within five months. The offer maybe changed or withdrawn at any time.
