The manufacturers of all park homes on our parks are members of the NPHC (National Park Homes Council) and new homes on our parks are supplied with the benefit of the 10 year Gold Shield warranty.
There are many examples of park homes that are over 30 years old and still in good condition.
The technology used in building a park home has improved constantly over the years and modern park homes are expected to last 30 years or more given proper care and the required maintenance.
