Kings Park Village

Kings Park Village has been established as a Residential Home Park since 1959. Kings Park can offer you the peace and tranquillity which you deserve in your retirement years. The picturesque lake is one of our most treasured features which provides a haven for an array of wildlife as well as being excellent for fishing. The flowers and shrubs provide an abundance of colour which is very pleasing to the eye.

Our security staff are there to protect you all day all night, every day of the year, within our enclosed 70 acre gated community, giving you that nice safe and secure feeling we used to know in the days gone by.

All communal greens and borders are kept to a high standard by our team of experienced gardeners, and with constant refuse collections, this really is a clean and environmentally friendly site.

The Residents Social Committee work hard arranging various evening and daytime activities, to ensure that your enjoyment is fulfilled. All tastes are catered for including dinner dances, disco's, line dancing, bingo, barbecues and day trips to name but a few, however you wish to spend your retirement, the choice is yours. For your convenience we have on-site laundry facilities as well as a well stocked park shop.

Park Homes are built to a very high standard by professionals, they have PVCu double glazed windows, doors and fascias to ensure low maintenance. All park homes come with a 10 year Gold Shield Warranty, and are fully furnished with fitted carpets and co-ordinated soft furnishings and fabrics.

Canvey Heights Country Park is adjacent to Kings Park, it covers 30 acres and is the highest point on the Island, giving stunning views across the estuary. Future plans for the park include a visitors centre, benches and picnic area.
