About Waterbeach Park

The park has tar macadam roads, a communal recreation area in its centre and most homes have on-plot parking.

The village has numerous shops, a Post Office, a primary school, churches, a small independent library, three public houses, restaurants and a social club. The City of Cambridge is only approximately 6 miles from the park and has an extensive shopping area as well as being known for its University, Cathedral and many cultural activities that are available throughout the year.

Waterbeach railway station is in walking distance from the park and lies on the London (Kings Cross) to King's Lynn line, enabling easy access to London. The park is near to the main A10 road and allows easy access to a number of other major roads as well as the motorway system to and around London. A regular bus service also operates through the village that links Cambridge to the towns of March, Wisbech and Littleport and the small city of Ely.
