Accounts Administrator
Full Time position. Dealing with the administration for a group of parks.
Location: Mytchett, Surrey (near Farnborough)
Salary: £9 per hour
We are a rapidly expanding company that currently operate twenty residential home parks and three leisure parks across the county. We are seeking to recruit a person with an accounts background to join the Head office finance function.
Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, methodical and friendly person to join us as an Accounts Administrator working in the Head Office team. The person will be responsible for all the accounting transactions relating to the residents / tenants living on the parks for which they have responsibility, and provide administrative support to the Parks management teams.
Reporting to the Financial Controller the successful candidate will receive training and development to enable them to
• Maintaining data bases of residents.
• Raise invoice to the residents for the agreed amounts
• Control residents banking receipts against these invoices
• Liaise with Park management on overdue invoices
• Process park utility bills and re invoice correctly
• Provide administrative support to Park management
• Assist the Financial Controller in other tasks as appropriate.
Candidates must have a positive attitude, be numerate, have good keyboard skills with experience of excel, be flexible in organising themselves, have a pleasant telephone manner, be accurate and fast and enjoy working in a fast paced environment. Experience of working in an accounts department is not a requirement, more important is the willingness to learn.
Package:
• £9.00 per hour
• A 35 hour week
• + an annual bonus based on the sales profit generated by the company.
• 28 days holiday per year inclusive of Bank Holidays

Management Trainee
Estates Management of Residential and Holiday Parks.
Location: Kent
Salary: £18,500 + car + bonus
Who are we?
A rapidly expanding property management company. We currently manage twenty residential home parks and three leisure parks across the county and have plans to extend our portfolio.
What are we looking for?
An enthusiastic person to join us in this newly created role. Reporting to the General Manager of our southern parks the job holder will be based at our park near Harrietsham in Kent.
This park is currently receiving significant financial investment and development which will create a park consisting of 90 Luxury Second Homes build to a high quality specification situated in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
What's the job?
This is a field based position with the majority of time being spent at the Harrietsham Park and the other parks.
The primary role will be to lead the park management team through the development process and to personally lead the sales function to deliver the planned sales at this important development. In addition, the appointee will take day-to-day operational responsibility for two of our other Kent Residential Parks under the guidance and direction of the General Manager.
You will be responsible for providing leadership to the park managers in their dealings with the residents and home owners who have properties on our parks and the management of the sales transactions through your park management teams.
You will be working in sales or retail management and must present as mature and reliable. You will have several years of sales experience in retail, housing, estate agency or similar field and be self motivated, disciplined and be able to organise your working week over a number of locations.
What's the future?
We anticipate that the successful candidate will, over the initial 18 months, undertake a full management training programme that will equip them to become an area manager with full operational and sales responsibility for a larger group of parks in this vibrant property sector.

A basic salary of £18,500
+ a monthly bonus payable based on the sales achieved on your parks
+ a discretionary annual bonus based on the sales profit achieved by the company
