Homeseeker Grampian

The Grampian Single is available in four different lengths: 36’, 40’, 42’, 45’ and all are offered in either 12’ or 13’ widths. The Grampian carries a comprehensive 10-year warranty through the National Park Homes Council Gold Shield Scheme, provided the park on which the home is sited is registered under the scheme. Each model has a square-shaped lounge with double aspect, full length windows and an elegant feature fire surround. An archway leads to the kitchen/diner.

Grampian Kitchen/diner

The Grampian kitchen/diner has two full height cupboards, one of which can house either an integral or free-standing fridge/freezer. There is a built-in oven and hob with extractor hood over and a generous-sized sink and drainer with mixer taps. French doors are located in the dining area.

Grampian Lounge

The well proportioned Grampian lounge easily accommodates two sofas, occasional tables and accessories. Sofa fabrics are available in a wide range of shades to either blend or contrast with floor and wall coverings.

Grampian Bedroom

The two double bedrooms in the Grampian are surprisingly roomy and both have plenty of fitted storage units. A good choice of pretty fabrics is offered and the cupboards, dressing tables and wardrobes have shaker-style panelled fronts.

Grampian Bathroom

The bathroom sits between the two bedrooms and clever planning means it contains all standard appliances: built-in wash basin with cupboards under, shower fixture over the full-sized bath and towel rail.
