Stately Albion Camarthen

The Camarthen with its integral sunroom is the latest addition to the Stately range. By incorporating vaulted ceilings in the sunroom, lounge, diner and kitchen, we've made a light and airy living space. The sunroom, as you would imagine, has lots of glass and Velux windows, making it an ideal place to spend time - even if it's just watching the world go by!
The lounge has a leather suite, corner cabinet and coffee table as standard. The kitchen has a centre island 5 burner hob with extractor hood in stainless steel with matching oven. The tiles are fitted from worktop to under lockers. An American style fridge freezer is available as an optional extra.

Sliding glass screens from kitchen to diner give the option of having an open plan look or closed, maybe for a more intimate feel. Two long windows are fitted to the diner to give that welcome extra light.

Master bedroom with en suite has a quadrant shower and illuminated cabinet with a walk in wardrobe - thus giving plenty of storage.

Bathroom has an extended vanity unit with a recessed basin, including a luxurious opula shaped bath and fully tiled walls.
