Stately Albion Tredegar

The Tredegar range has already proved to be extremely popular and is acclaimed as one of the finest 'value for money' homes on the market.

The current range is now even better value and includes as standard: Canopies over the bay windows, tiled roof, double glazing, uPVC windows, top opening fanlights to the kitchen, bathroom, lounge, diner and bedrooms, fitted kitchen with built in oven and hob with an extractor hood. The homes are furnished throughout with carpets and lined curtains.

Some of the less glamorous features, which are essential to make a complete home include plywood floors, smoke alarm, wallpapered walls and ceilings edged with decorative coving. An extractor fan is fitted in the bathroom. A wall-mounted Combination boiler/central heating system is standard with either an Electric or Gas fire in the lounge.
