What are the benefits of the Approved Park Home Scheme?
For the existing Homeowner:
The scheme enables homeowners on the park to use the sales and marketing resources of the company to promote their home to a wider audience in a cost effective manner.
For a prospective Purchaser:
They benefit from knowing that the promoted home is in good condition and well maintained. The scheme assists prospective purchasers of a home by providing a single convenient point of contact to arrange viewings of homes for sale and visits to the park.
How does a Home qualify to be an Approved Park Home?
The home must be well maintained and be in good condition. The homeowner must obtain a full structural survey and condition report prepared by a qualified surveyor on all homes that were manufactured over 10 years ago. We use Subject 2 Survey for surveys on our parks and are very satisfied with the professional manner these surveys are conducted and the high quality reports that are produced.
A copy of the structural survey and condition report must be made available to the park owner in order that this may be shared with any prospective purchaser of the home.
Are only Approved Park Homes are featured on the website and the company promotional material?
Yes. We only promote homes that qualify under the scheme.
Are there other homes for sale on the park?
There may be homes for sale that are not featured under the Approved Park Home Scheme
The main reasons will be that either the home doesn't qualify for the scheme or the homeowner doesn't wish to use the Approved Park Home Scheme to promote the home.
