Park Home Estate Agents

There are generally two route to selling your park home through an estate agent. You may choose to use either a specialist park home estate agent, or the local estate agent in your area. Both have benefits and drawbacks.

The specialist agent may be better at valuing your home and have a better understanding of the park home market. Additionally, buyers looking specifically for a park home may well approach a specialist park home estate agent before the local estate agent.

However, the local estate agent may have a better understanding of the local area and may have a wider list of prospective purchasers interested in the area.
