Britannia Parks Group acquires Kings Park Village on Canvey Island

The Britannia Parks Group of companies has today announced the purchase of Kings Park Village, Canvey Island, Essex, the largest residential home park in the country.

Britannia Parks Group was established two years ago and in that time have made several acquisitions of high quality residential and leisure parks across the country. This latest acquisition brings the number of parks in the group to 20, and the number of homes to over 2,300, making Britannia Parks one of the market leaders in the residential park home industry. Kings Park Village has over 1,200 residents and is set in 80 acres of landscaped lawns and gardens with its own shop, social club and swimming pool.
